Belga collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6.1. Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and transferability of personal data
The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time and may correct them (or have them corrected) if they are inaccurate or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.

The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes.
